Entwicklungsaufträge:

Wir entwickeln für Sie komplette Geräte mit Hardware, Gehäuse, Firmware und Bedienungsanleitungen.
Wir bieten die Elektronikentwicklung von analoger und digitaler Schaltungen mit Mikrocontrollern ebenso an, wie die Konstruktion von Gehäusen.
Im Lieferumfang enthalten sind Schaltplan, Leiterplattenlayout, Stücklisten mit Lieferantenangaben, Firmware und Bedienungsanleitungen.
Auf Wunsch werden die Geräte in einem EMV-Labor getestet und zertifiziert.

Prüfadapter, Prüfsysteme, Prüfgeräte und Prüfprogramme:

Wir entwickeln für Sie komplette Funktions-Testsysteme für Ihre Serienprodukte.
Je nach Auftrag können im Lieferumfang das Prüfgerät, der Prüfadapter und ein Prüfprogramm, enthalten sein.

Musterkoffer-Anfertigung:

Nach Ihren Vorgaben fertigen wir Musterkoffer für Ihre Seriengeräte.
Die Fertigung beinhaltet die mechanische und elektronische Konstruktion.

Prototypen-Fertigung:

Wir fertigen nach Ihren Vorgaben Prototypen an.
Die Verarbeitung kleinster SMD Bauteile (DFN, QFN, QFP, SON, usw.) im Bereich der Musterfertigung sind für uns problemlos möglich.

Development Orders:

We develop complete devices for you, including hardware, housing, firmware and manuals.
We offer the electronic development of analog and digital circuits with microcontrollers as well as the construction of housings.
The scope of supply includes circuit diagram, PCB layout, parts lists with supplier information, firmware and operating instructions.
On request, the devices can be tested and certified in an EMC laboratory.

Test Adapters:

We develop complete functional test systems for your series products.
Depending on the order, the scope of delivery may include the test device, the test adapter and a test program.

Sample Cases:

We manufacture sample cases for your serial devices according to your specifications.
The production includes the mechanical and electronic construction.

Prototypes:

We manufacture prototypes according to your specifications.
The processing of smallest SMD components (DFN, QFN, QFP, SON, etc.) in the area of sample production is possible for us without any problems.
For heat-critical applications, we cut Capton foils (if necessary under the microscope).
